The rest of this commercial was unwatchable with its incessant repetition, but I'll be dammed if this didn't make me laugh. I think CareerBuilder.com hit their demographic dead on. This had that non-sequitur (sea lion riding, etc) Family Guy gone awry feel to it. This gif was already making its rounds on the internet almost immediately after the commercial aired (I'm even perpetuating it), so it tapped into that "viral" capability that is all the rage on the internet.
