I think this dude is called Takashi Okamura (岡村 隆史), a famous Japanese comedian, who is going out with what in Japan we call a Gurabia Gyaru [Gravure gal] (photoshoots with bikinis but no vital parts are exposed) named Kumada Yoko. I Googled her, and voilà, the link says it all...
